As a personal commitment of excellence to our clientele, Communication Innovators ensures that its technicians, salespeople, and administration are given ongoing on-the-job as well as off-site product training and certifications. C.I. also stresses the importance for its employees' safety through OSHA certifications and monthly safety documentation.
Realizing the absolute importance of training:
- All of our technicians are certified in one or more of our cable manufacturer partner system solutions.
- Communication Innovators has three (3) RCDD's on staff
- Communication Innovators has CAD (Computer-Aided Design) i.e. Auto Cad capabilities to assist with As-Built Drawings in hard and soft copy form after the work is completed
- C.I. strives to provide product and application assurance warranties on every structured cabling project. C.I. represents Systimax, Uniprise/Commscope, Panduit, Corning, Siemon, ADC, Sumitomo, CPI, and Berk-Tek with a certified warranted installation.
- C.I. provides certified systems installations through our Technology Solutions Team for AVAYA, Extreme, BlueCoat, Extron, Andrew, Trapeze, Bogen, and Axis.
